PROJECT INFORMATION
One of BGI’s 16 school projects for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, Kempsville Meadows Elementary used the division’s prototype layout. This layout was similar to Windsor Oaks Elementary, Diamond Springs Elementary, Newtown Elementary, and Three Oaks Elementary. Each building featured customized classroom wings to accommodate the necessary student populations and different architectural features as determined by the project’s particular architect.
